Cancellation/No-show Policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you fail to cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge a 50% rebooking fee to schedule your next appointment. This rebooking fee will be applied to your next appointment, and is non-refundable. If you do not show for an appointment, we reserve the right to require a non-refundable rebooking fee to schedule in the future.
Late Policy
We understand that time delays can happen but in order to keep our service providers on track, we do have a 15 minute late policy. If you are 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment, your service provider has the option to ask you to reschedule.
