We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you fail to cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee 50% of your scheduled appointment cost. If you do not show for an appointment, we reserve the right to charge you 100% of your scheduled appointment cost. If you are using a Groupon, we will redeem your Groupon.
We understand that time delays can happen but in order to keep our service providers on track, we do have a 15 minute late policy. If you are 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment, your service provider has the option to ask you to reschedule.
