With 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, Josy’s passion for helping others grow and achieve their best hair is evident in her expertise. She specializes in blonding, low-maintenance color, balayage, blending and embracing grays, and extensions for both fullness and length. Josy was drawn to the beauty industry because it allowed her to work closely with people, avoiding the uncertainty of a traditional four-year college path. She originally chose Accolades for its stellar reputation, and has since built a career centered around education, mentorship, and helping others thrive. What Josy loves most about the industry is the constant opportunity for learning and growth, the joy of boosting her guests’ confidence, and the satisfaction of seeing their transformation. Her professional goals include growing the salon and stylist team to be the best in the city, expanding her extension clientele, and increasing referrals. On a personal level, Josy strives for inner peace, physical fitness, and to be the best mom and wife she can be. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, and indulging in her hobbies of cooking, reading, and learning through podcasts.
